Welcome to Genderflection

Genderflection provides consultancy services to actors working in international development to help improve the quality of their work on human rights and social justice, with a specific focus on women’s and girls’ rights and gender equality. We set up Genderflection because we feel that there’s a need to bring more critical thinking and feminist reflective practice to international development work, a sector that is rapidly changing, where spaces for civil society are shrinking, where gender equality work is often de-politicised and instrumentalised and where there is an urgent need to decolonise development.
